Comes to Cyphermint with a strong history in senior financial management. Having twenty-four years of experience as CFO, VP Finance and Controller with Lifeline Systems Inc., REMANCO Inc., Warbutons Inc., Cyborg Corporation, Technogenics and Siegel & Dunn Inc., Mr. Bowdring develops and implements the financial and human resource policies, procedures and systems to meet the corporate growth goals of Cyphermint.
Frank J. DeCaro, Vice President of Business Development
Responsibilities include the management of Cyphermint's Interactive Media Development Group along with the Program Management of Cyphermint's major business development initiatives such as the PayCash NOW® Debit Visa® Card. Mr. DeCaro has over twenty years of experience in program management, project management, customer support and software development with the following companies - Ingenico, Inc., IVI Checkmate, National Transaction Network and DataCard Corp.
Paul D. Creme, General Counsel
Responsibilities include the management of outside counsel and support of both senior management and the sales and marketing department. Mr. Creme has over twenty years of legal experience in software industry. Mr. Creme was a founding partner of Merra, Kanakis, Creme & Mellor, P.C. and before that, a director and shareholder of Sullivan & Gregg, P.A. Mr. Creme has also held the positions of Senior Counsel with a variety of companies, including Sprague Electric Co, Inc (NYSE: STI) and Computervision, Inc.
Dennis Bache, Director of Sales
Brings over 15 years of experience in technology solutions sales to Cyphermint and is responsible for developing and implementing the company's overall sales strategy and implementation . Prior to joining Cyphermint, Mr. Bache held sales and sales management positions with Telequip and Rand McNally. Mr. Bache earned a bachelor's degree in public administration at Stonehill College, and a master's degree in business administration from the Babson College.
Al Butler, Director of Software Engineering
Al brings over twenty years experience in software development and design. Mr. Butler oversees Cyphermint’s software development and quality control departments as well as the architectures of the PayCash Mobile payment system and the Kiosk Architecture Framework
Ildar Khamitov, Ph.D., Vice President Software Engineering, St. Petersburg, Russia
Is the principal architect of the PayCash System. He is head of our core technology development in St. Petersburg, Russia. Dr. Khamitov has over fifteen years of high-tech experience and was the leading physicist of the world in 1992. He is a world authority on encryption technology and lectures often about mathematical algorithms.
